Our vision
Enterprise governance in the region becoming fully digital, built on trustworthy data and auditable decisions.
Musahm is a Saudi company building corporate governance and document platforms. Joint-stock companies, listed and closed, have held their general assemblies and their board and committee meetings on it since April 2021.
Enterprise governance in the region becoming fully digital, built on trustworthy data and auditable decisions.
That every meeting ends in signed minutes and resolutions anyone can go back to — from one platform and one identity, not from email attachments and chat groups.
The first general assembly ran on Musahm in April 2021. The platform then was only what one assembly needs: a notice, attendance, a vote, and minutes.
What came after came from the companies themselves: board and committee meetings, because an assembly happens once a year and a board every quarter; then cumulative voting for electing boards; then resolutions by circulation for what could not wait for the next meeting; then the shareholder register and share transfers; then policies and the company archive.
Then it became clear the documents were a problem of their own, so Musahm Vault was built to hold them with their versions, permissions and approval routes — and an AI that answers from the organisation’s own documents and names its source.
Today listed and closed companies hold their assemblies and their board and committee meetings on the platform, with one login across the products.
The figures come from the platform's own database, not from this page.
