Shareholder register and share transfers

Who owns what, and how that moves on the record

How a share moves

At a closed joint-stock company in particular, transferring a share turns into a chain of emails and hand-signed files. The platform holds the shareholder register, issues ownership certificates, and runs a transfer with the parties attesting to it inside the platform.

  1. The register

Shareholders and their holdings in one register, loaded by our team in one go from an Excel file when the company is set up — and from then on the reference when a quorum or a vote is counted.

  2. The request

A transfer contract is raised between the seller and the buyer, with the holding and what is paid for it.

  3. Attestation

The seller, the buyer and the chairman each attest, with a verified identity.

  4. The update

The register is updated, and an ownership certificate is issued for the new position.

What that means

  • One reference for a quorum

The assembly counts from a live register, not a file sent round last month.

  • A documented transfer

A contract signed and stamped in the platform instead of signed photographs.

  • An ownership certificate

A document a shareholder can obtain without writing to anyone.

  • A history of ownership

Who held what and when, kept with the rest of the company record.
