Policies and regulations

From draft to approval, with a record of every change

How a policy is approved

A policy nobody can say the current version of governs nothing. The platform runs a policy through its life: drafting, successive reviews, approval in a meeting, and versions kept — and ready-made policy packages exist for a company starting from nothing.

  1. Drafting

A new policy, or one from a ready-made package adapted to how the company works.

  2. Review

Successive reviews that leave a record: who reviewed, and what changed in each version.

  3. Approval

The policy is put to the meeting that approves it, so the approval is tied to its minutes.

  4. In force

The new version becomes the one in force, and the previous one stays archived rather than deleted.

What that means

  • One version in force

No argument about which file is the approved one.

  • A review record

What changed between two versions, and who made the change.

  • Approval tied to a resolution

Approved in a meeting with minutes, not in an email.

  • A running start

Policy packages that save months of drafting from nothing.
