General assemblies
From the first notice to the signed minutes, in one run
How an assembly runs
A general assembly is a procedure before it is a meeting: notice periods, attendance to record, items to put, and minutes that will be read months later. The platform runs that procedure for ordinary and extraordinary assemblies. At an unlisted company the vote runs here too; at a listed one the vote sits outside, the shareholder register is loaded in from the Depository Center before every assembly, and what the platform runs is the meeting and the minutes.
Notice and agenda
The first invitation goes out by hand or on a schedule — by email, SMS, WhatsApp and app notification — carrying the agenda, the papers, and the items on it.
Verifying the shareholder
Identity is verified by a code to the mobile registered in Absher, so attendance and votes belong to the person, not to whoever holds the link.
Holding it
In person, online or both, with the Zoom link sixty minutes before and attendance recorded for each shareholder.
Voting and minutes
A vote on each item at an unlisted company, then minutes from an approved template or written by hand and signed electronically — those for every assembly, listed or not.
What you end up with
An attendance report
Who attended, when, and in what capacity — per shareholder.
A result per item
At an unlisted company: votes counted and attributed, shown in the minutes against the item they belong to.
Signed minutes
A final document with electronic signatures, kept with its versions in the company archive.
A trail to go back to
Every action in the audit log, so a reading months later does not rest on memory.
More than 450 general assemblies have been held on the platform since April 2021.
